Utilizing PENN’s Solid Spiral Armor construction, the Battalion Solid range contains a solid carbon blank made with reinforced spiral shaped fibres that are up to 100% stronger than a conventional carbon blank whilst still maintaining great sensitivity and thin rod diameter. Paired with quality Fuji componentry and ergonomic EVA grips to deliver consistent performance every time!

Penn Battalion rod
Received this the rod extremely quickly from McCreddens. packaged very well and arrived safely without any issue. The Battalion rod looks very similar to the ocean assassin range and and seems to be bult very well. I cant wait to get out out use it. paired this with a Penn Squall 2 star drag over head reel and looks like it will work fantastic even with some good size fish on the end. very happy with the quality.
